- What are the requirements to qualify?
- Accounts are approved for businesses that order custom drinkware on a recurring or high-volume basis. There is no hard minimum, but we look for a clear business use case and expected volume.
- How long does approval take?
- We review every application personally and respond within one business day — usually faster.
- What pricing will I receive?
- Approved accounts get direct access to our volume pricing schedule, tiered by quantity. Pricing is confirmed at the time of approval so you know exactly what you're working with before you place your first order.
- I only need one order right now. Should I still apply?
- If it's a one-time order, our standard quote process is the faster path — just request a quote and we'll send pricing within a business day. The wholesale account makes the most sense if you anticipate ordering more than once.
- Can I apply as a distributor or reseller?
- Yes. Distributors and resellers are welcome. Note that we do require a verifiable business — personal use orders are handled through the standard quote process.
